What to Expect:

  • A focused session for symptom coaching or emotional support when your clinic is closed
  • Support for cancer-related symptoms, new side effects, or uncertainty between visits
  • Optional follow-up note to your care team (with consent)
  • Faith-informed encouragement if requested

Location & Availability: Virtual by phone or secure video. Offered weekday evenings, Saturdays, and holidays

Urgent After-Hours Support

  • Urgent support available during designated Urgent Call Only hours
  • Additional Notes: Available only after completion of the Initial Assessment
  • Extended calls may be billed at $10 per 15-minute increment
  • This is not a substitute for emergency care—call 911 if needed
