Symptom & Medication Support

Guidance for managing treatment-related concerns at home and understanding what may be expected, what needs attention, and when to contact the oncology team.

Symptom check-ins, medication organization, side-effect education, treatment-cycle preparation, tracking concerns, and escalation guidance.

Whole-Person Support

Practical support for the day-to-day effects of cancer treatment, including appetite, energy, activity, routines, independence, coping, and caregiver needs.

Nutrition and hydration strategies, gentle movement, fatigue management, energy conservation, emotional support, and caregiver guidance.

Digital Oncology Support

Practical guidance for patients using digital health tools, patient portals, symptom questionnaires, treatment calendars, or remote monitoring programs.

Help with digital symptom reporting, patient portals, care notes, virtual-care preparation, and recognizing when direct clinical follow-up is needed.

Services can be arranged individually or combined into a personalized support plan. Virtual appointments are available across British Columbia, with in-person support available in select locations.
