Emotional & Spiritual Support
When life feels uncertain, sometimes what we need most is simply to be accompanied. These sessions offer a calm, compassionate space to share what’s on your heart—rooted in a whole-person approach inspired by Medicine of the Person.
Drawing on over twenty years of oncology experience and many years of personal spiritual practice, I have learned to stay grounded through meditation, prayer, self-reflection, and connection with nature. These same practices help me hold space for others with presence and peace. Sessions are offered from this grounded place of listening—not as counselling or therapy, but as shared human understanding.
These sessions are spacious by design—allowing time to breathe, reflect, and be heard without hurry.
“In order to really understand, we need to listen, not reply... asking only a few questions, as carefully as possible in order to help him better explain his experience.”
— Paul Tournier, Medicine of the Person (1965)
What we do together
- 1:1 conversation (caregivers welcome by request)
- Exploration of meaning, values, grief, hope, and resilience
- Optional gentle practices—breath, silence, reflection, or prayer (by invitation)
- Encouragement to find balance through nature, journaling, or stillness
How it works
Step 1. Book a session
You’ll receive a brief pre-appointment questionnaire. Please complete it at least one hour before your session so we can focus on what matters most to you.
Step 2. Be accompanied
We listen, reflect, and explore what brings meaning—at your pace. With your invitation, we may include a quiet moment, faith-based reflection, or prayer.
Step 3. Leave supported
You’ll leave with a sense of grounding and a few gentle next steps—whether reflection prompts, breathing techniques, or ways to reconnect with nature.
